Avoid Circuit City Online!

I received two phones ordered from Circuit City Online. I've decided I want to return them, due to their not supporting caller ID. When I click on the circuitcity.com 'return policy' I get a broken link. When I click on Customer Support I get the home page. There are not that many things they have to make sure to do right, but I think they missed some big ones.Thinkmedia
